Hello
Who am I and how can I help you? I have many years of experience as a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and intuitive psychic reader. My spiritual journey is diverse and vibrant with an upbringing of reverence for Mother Earth, the Rising Sun and an eclectic mix of Christian sects. Guided by familial wisdom, my solace was in the philosophies of Buddhism, Yoga and Earth Based Religions. Coming close to death in my early 30s catalyzed my profound spiritual awakening that remains continuous. Finding healing through yoga, I became certified as a yoga teacher with the intention of helping others heal. Following my calling, I explored various holistic healing modalities, training in reiki, crystal array healing, intuitive psychic readings and reverent earth-centered rituals honoring the Divine Male and Female qualities.

In all the beauty there is to experience, life will have its challenges. My intentions are to offer healing sessions with Love and Light using various healing modalities. Deep spiritual healing will help you find that fire in the belly for inspiration, that peace within to brush off negative influences, and be a light, shining brightly to those around you.
My Story
An awakening is like a tender root pushing its way through the soil—striving, stretching—until it blossoms into a vibrant flower, much like our extraordinary minds and souls. Guided by the supreme intelligence of the Universe, we are held, loved, and watched over within these earthly human shells. When our souls awaken and bow before the sacred union of the Divine Masculine and Feminine, we begin to see the world with new eyes. It is here that we start to uncover our true nature—and our purpose.
Many spiritual traditions teach us that while religion and philosophy offer guidance, the deepest growth comes through direct experience. Whether one follows the Eight Limbs of Yoga, walks the Way of Buddhism, practices Christianity, embraces Naturalism, or finds truth in other sacred paths, it is through living these teachings that transformation takes root.
One lesson that has deeply resonated with me through yoga is this: the world and humanity are perfect in all their imperfections. Humor is essential—it softens our shadow and allows us to bask in our light. We are both. In facing and moving through life’s challenges, we cultivate strength, wisdom, and resilience. There is no true good or bad—only the soul’s journey. Karma binds us to the wheel of birth and death, but it is our attitude toward life’s experiences that grants us growth and, ultimately, liberation.
As a young adult, I had a near-death experience that became the catalyst for a lifelong spiritual quest. I sought to understand the veil between life and death, and turned to sacred texts from many traditions: the Bible, the Book of Mormon, the Quran, the Teachings of Buddha, and the mystical writings of Kabbalah. What struck me was the harmony among them—their shared truths sparked a sense of spiritual ecstasy within me. I knew I needed a guide.
In 2004, she arrived—quite naturally. Luna-Star of Sacred Mountain Retreat: a Reverend of the Universal Church and High Priestess of the Old Way (Wicca). Under her guidance and within a sacred circle of women, I learned chakra alignment, rain therapy, various forms of divination, ceremonial ritual, oracle and tarot readings, pendulum work, and intuitive kinesthetics. First and foremost, she taught ethics and living by the law of three: "ever mind the law of three, what ye send out comes back to thee". What resonated most with me was to immerse myself in energy healing through crystals, light work, and remote energetic transmission.
From 2012 to 2021, my path continued with formal certifications: a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Reiki I & II, Restorative Yoga, and Dao Yin Yoga. Each modality deepened my devotion.
I am, and always will be, a devoted Spiritualist—because truly, I could not exist on this blessed Earth without this path.

As a female mystic and following matriarchal paths of old (not submitting to patriarchal monotheistic religions) I am deeply grateful to the Gods and Goddesses of many pantheons who have supported me through life’s obstacles, guiding me to grow through diverse philosophies and spiritual practices. Through direct experience—and with the grounding of Earth-based traditions, the discipline of Yoga, the healing of self-Reiki, and a growing awareness of the universe—I have learned life’s richest lessons.
I give thanks to Source for the wisdom to see that I belong in this world, just as I am. In all our human imperfections, there is perfection. My beliefs and practices are not only valid, but meant to be shared.
And thank the Gods for blessing me with a sense of humor! When the hardest lessons pass, I can look back and laugh, knowing I am lovingly held by my angels and ancestral guides. Thank you for walking beside me, guarding and guiding me on this path I’ve chosen as my own.
Namaste’ and Blessed Be
